Description:

This vacancy is for a GS-0343-15, Supervisory Management & Program Analyst located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Coast Guard, Office of Boat Forces (CG-731) in Washington, District of Columbia.

Requirements:

To qualify at the GS-15 grade level, your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 grade level in the federal sector. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work. Examples of specialized experience include performing the following types of tasks on a regular basis.

  • Managing and Supervising Teams - Assigning responsibility for incoming work to appropriate office members; setting schedules/timelines for review/completion.
  • Knowledge of Boat Forces National Guidelines and Best Practices - Serving as the boat forces enterprise liaison with representatives and other stakeholders for implementation of the boat forces enterprise concepts.
  • Boat Forces Programs - Overseeing the development and maintenance of related Program Resource Proposals (RPs) as they pertain to boat forces enterprise programs for current and future requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement - Partnering with leadership to develop, promote, and maintain collaborative relationships within federal, state, local, and industry partners.
