Management & Program Analyst - Project Manager is located in the Office of Strategic Initiatives (OSI) in Washington, DC. OSI, is designed to enhance the organization's performance, address urgent challenges, and manage large-scale, cross-functional projects. OSI aims to ensure strategic alignment and operational excellence within the organization by implementing effective performance management, rapid response solutions, and cross-agency collaboration.Requirements:
Specialized Experience: You must have at least one (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level (GS-13) in the Federal Service that has given you the particular knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform the duties of a Management and Program Analyst - Project Manager that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience includes: Applicant demonstrated experience with project/program management methodologies and best practices it is preferred that the applicant possess a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification; Recognized expert in strategic engagement who possesses strong senior leadership skills, has the ability to establish an organizational vision, and influence others to translate vision into action in a continuously changing environment; S/he is able to formulate objectives and priorities and implement plans consistent with the long-term interests of the organization in a global environment, while capitalizing on opportunities and managing risks; Performing program and/or large project management; plan, implement, analyze and supervise a broad range and quantity of simultaneous activities; ability to plan, organize and direct long range plans to implement national priorities; experience in collaborating with managers, clinical providers, and/or other support staff in a medium to large health system or large insurance company or medium to large health company or a large trade/professional association; Experience preparing effective written and delivering oral communication of complex facts and analyses; Experience with preparation of communication; briefing or presentations. NOTE: Experience must be fully documented on your resume and must include job title, duties, month and year start/end dates AND hours worked per week.Preferred: Possess Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and demonstrated experience with project/program management methodologies and best practices.
