Description:

This vacancy is for a GS-0343-14, Management and Program Analyst located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Coast Guard, PSC BUSINESS OPERATIONS DIVISION -BOPS in WASHINGTON, District of Columbia.


Requirements:

To qualify at the GS- 14 grade level, your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the federal sector. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work. Examples of specialized experience include performing the following types of tasks on a regular basis.

  • Managing and overseeing an enterprise-level Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC) or equivalent corporate card program.
  • Developing and maintaining complex data aggregation models to provide comprehensive oversight of financial programs.
  • Reconciling internal financial obligations, preventing delinquency on centrally billed accounts, and/or provide reporting on financial health and program sustainability.
  • Collaborating with cross functional financial stakeholders such as accounting centers, policy offices, or departmental supervisors.
  • Leading cross functional collaboration with centralized service centers and/or help desk branches to provide technical guidance and resolve complex travel system discrepancies.
