You will serve as a SUPERVISORY INTERDISCIPLINARY ENGINEER/SCIENTIST in the HUMAN SYSTEMS ENGINEERING DEPT, SYSTEM ENGRG & INTEGR DIV of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.Requirements:
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (NM-04) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Providing overall management and technical direction of the assigned workforce, processes, and products; 2) Understanding of the interrelationships between Human Systems disciplines to effectively guide employee development and meet customer demand signals; 3) Ensuring effective planning, development, and execution of programs; 4) Demonstrating knowledge of Human Systems Integration policies, processes, tools, and procedures; 5) Demonstrating detailed knowledge related to systems engineering and integration; and 6) Utilizing project management/coordination policies, processes, procedures, and responsibilities.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:
