Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DP-3 grade level or pay band (GS-11) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying knowledge of electronics and the electromagnetic spectrum; 2) Executing tailored system engineering processes, managing requirements, identifying technical risks, and applying Model Based Systems Engineering best practices; 3) Understanding of the components of Electronic Warfare (EW), including Electronic Attack (EA), Electronic Support (ES), and Electronic Protection (EP); 4) Demonstrating knowledge of Radio Frequency (RF) or Digital Signal Processing, radar transmitters/jammers and receivers with analog and digital signal processing and radio frequency components.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:
