This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies through the STRL Mission Support Direct Hire Authority. Interested applicants must follow the directions in the "How to Apply" section of this flyer to be considered.

Requirements:

In addition to the Basic Education Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09/11 grade level or pay band DP-03 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate all of the following:

• Exercising systems engineering and avionics certification, with emphasis on aeronautical data integrity, Performance Based Navigation (PBN), and CNS/ATM capabilities;
• Applying RTCA standards (DO-200, DO-201, DO-178), supporting mission planning (JMPS), and working with both commercial and military specifications;
• Integrating CNS/ATM capabilities, safeguarding essential data, and ensuring compliance with certification authority processes across diverse aviation platforms; AND
• Applying analytical skills to evaluate documentation, assess system safety, and justify certification decisions, as well as technical ability in software development (C, C++, C#, ADA).
