In addition to the basic education requirement, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or DP-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Applying advanced textile manufacturing techniques;
2) Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software;
3) Working with a diverse range of textile materials;
4) Proven track record of successful project management;
5) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
6) Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; 7) Familiarity with global textile industry standards; 8) Strong understanding of textile production processes, materials, and industry standards; 9) Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders;
10) Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decision.
