You will serve as a SUPERVISORY NUCLEAR PRODUCTION MANAGER in the Nuclear Production Manager Division (Code 300N), Production Resource Department (Code 900) of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:- Experience with quality control, nuclear training, radiological controls radiation exposure reduction, engineering support, and work management principles;
- Experience with planning and directing programs, managing an organization and people in the attainment of program objectives;
- Experience with developing, establishing and promulgating policies and plans for the production nuclear programs including organization, budget, staffing and determination, acquisition and allocation of resources;
- Experience with conducting investigations of potential or existing problems affecting nuclear production operations;
- Experience with the management and executive control of surface craft, submarine, or carrier availabilities.
