You will serve as a GENERAL ENGINEER in the SYSTEMS ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT, AIR PLATFORM SYSTEMS ENGINEERING DIVISION, PEO(T) PROGRAM BRANCH of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or DP-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Serving as a Lead Systems Engineer or as a Lead Technical Domain Subject Matter Expert for assigned systems; 2) Providing authoritative systems engineering or senior-level engineering technical domain input and advice to systems engineering and to program management leadership; 3) Leading the development and incorporation of Systems Engineering work products or technical domain work products required to satisfy, complement and inform the DoW System Acquisition program management process milestones, artifacts, strategic planning, risk characterization and decision making on major weapon systems; 4) Leading or significantly mastering the incorporation and use of the various and broad NAWCAD resources to support engineering development, planning and testing for assigned systems; and 5) Leading engineering, technical, acquisition, and sustainment support personnel and teams.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:
