FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Description:

You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the CNSL BUDGET DEPARTMENT of COMNAVSURFLANT.

Requirements:

To qualify for the FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST, GS-0501-11 your resume must demonstrate at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

• Experience formulating budgets and estimates to support plans, programs, and activities including presenting and including budget estimates before authorities
• Experience analyzing and recommending costs and benefits of alternative methods financial management of the organization's programs and administrative operations
• Experience implementing legal and regulatory controls over approved budgets
• Experience developing, determining, and interpreting budgetary policies and practices
• Experience providing advice in effective and efficient methods for the acquisition and use of funds to support the organization's programs and activities.
