You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Directorate Maritime Operations (N04), Comptroller Department (N8), Business Management Office (N83), NERP Branch (N834) of MILITARY SEALIFT COMMAND.Requirements:
GS-13 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:- Experience in the formulation of budget and estimates to support plans, programs, and activities, including presenting and defending budget estimates before authorities; review and evaluate budget requests; control, and reporting of obligations and expenditures.
- Experience in leading MSC-wide sustainment operations for Navy ERP, which includes Command-wide responsibility for mission-critical financial, workforce management, acquisition, and program management processes.
- Experience in the MSC Enterprise's Navy ERP system expert for finance, acquisition, workforce and program management, and is responsible for trouble ticket management and resolution; interpreting and communicating system changes/upgrades.
- Experience participating in system testing; writing/reviewing/providing feedback on system defects/change requests; and participating as an integrated process team member.
- Experience in interpreting financial policies and procedures and making business process recommendations for effective operations within the Navy ERP as well as with external interfaces.
