Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1. Knowledge of Basic Electrical and Electronic Engineering principles; 2. Basic RF and Microwave knowledge and application; 3. Demonstrated skill in Networking Architecture and Network Transport principles; 4. Ability to read and understand system specification, industry standards and apply them to system design, development and test; 5. Ability to Apply engineering principles to investigate, analyze, plan, design, develop, implement, test, or evaluate military SATCOM communications systems; 6.Conducting RF system Analysis (SATCOM RF Link Budgets, Co-Site analysis) 7. Specification development and review, system interoperability, system re-design/re-configuration, and sustainment
