This vacancy is for a GS-0132-14, Intelligence Operation Specialist (Insider Threat Lead) located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Coast Guard, COAST GUARD COUNTERINTELLIGENCE SERVICE -CGCIS in WASHINGTON, District of Columbia.
Requirements:
To qualify at the GS-14 grade level, applicants must have at least one (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the federal sector. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.

Specialized experience must include the following:
- Knowledge of CI policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of the authorities and activities of an organization and its relation to the National Intelligence Community.
- Knowledge and understanding of disclosure and security guidelines.
- Planning, implementing and maintaining databases required to process all-source material to produce intelligence.
- Identifying intelligence gaps, proposing collection requirements to fill gaps, and developing and methodologies to cope with the gaps.
- Liaising with external stakeholders to appropriately address their requests for information and ensure that their requirements are met.
