You will serve as a MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST (JOINT) wthin HEADQUARTERS US INDO-PACIFIC COMMAND.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Preparing and presenting high level briefings of objective analysis.
2) Designing and conducting complicated management surveys, reviews, manpower studies, and research projects.
3) Preparing Program Objective Memorandum (POM) issue papers as part of the Programming, Planning, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process.
4) Developing funding guidance for subordinate activities and participates with management in fiscal planning.
