Description:
You will serve as a JOINT TRAINING & EXERCISE PROGRAM MANAGER in the Theater Security Cooperation Exercises and Multinational Programs Branch Chief (J712) of HEADQUARTERS US INDO-PACIFIC COMMAND.A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 8.64% will be added to the stated salary. COLA is subject to change at any time.
Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-13 or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate performing duties such as: 1) Provide subject matter expertise in joint, multinational, and integrated operations training while coordinating related program efforts; 2) Review, coordinate, and monitor higher-level directives, policies, and doctrine related to multinational and integrated training requirements, planning, execution, and assessment; 3) Oversee the preparation and delivery of documentation and briefings on joint and multinational training plans, events, and Area of Responsibility (AOR) visits by the Commander or staff to USINDOPACOM and higher headquarters; 4) Manage the execution of joint and multinational training programs per the JTP and budget, reallocating branch resources as needed to meet evolving requirements; and 5) Supervise, oversee, and coordinate the activities of the TSC Exercises and Multinational Programs Branch within the Exercise Division.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management web site: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/#url=List-by-Occupational-Series
