Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in human resources or a related field appropriate to work of the position, OR an appropriate combination of education and experience that demonstrates possession of knowledge and skill equivalent to that gained in the above, OR three years of practical experience that demonstrates that the applicant has acquired the knowledge, skills, and abilities equivalent to that gained in the above. Must have the ability to lead others with administrative tasks. Must have ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
