You will serve as a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist within the Executive Management Program Office, Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Manpower & Reserve Affairs)Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:- Experience providing the full range of Executive Resources advice and support to the Senior Executive Cadre on political management, Executive recruitment, classification, and policies.
- Experience representing the Dept of Navy (DON) as a subject matter expert on executive resources at a variety of Department of War, DON, and Office of Personnel Management (OPM) meetings and working groups.
- Experience researching, developing, and interpreting Executive policies, programs, and initiatives that affect the DON's Executive Cadre.
