Description:

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST in the BOARD FOR CORRECTION OF NAVAL RECORDS, DEPARTMENT OF NAVY of SECNAV BCNR.

Requirements:

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
  • Experience providing policy guidance and advice to staff and leadership amid discussions, significant problems, or specific irregularities.
  • Experience overseeing the use of an automated case tracking system, providing briefings, and reviewing and writing reports of sensitive and controversial issues with congressional interest.
  • Experience conducting case analysis and providing quality assurance of all cases following applicable laws, military personnel regulations, instructions, and established procedures for the proper and equitable resolution of cases.
