Description:

You will serve as Financial Management Analyst in the Comptroller Group, Financial Systems Department, and Management Information Systems Division of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.

Requirements:

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized Financial Management Analyst experience equivalent to the GS-12 Grade Level or equivalent Pay Band in the Federal Service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Examples of qualifying specialized experience include: (1) Utilizing in-depth working knowledge of Navy Enterprise Resource Planning Tool (N-ERP) or similar ERP program tool to input and extract financial data for budget planning, formulation, and execution; (2) Developing spend plans and budgetary requirements; (3) Executing funds following all fiscal laws and regulations; (4) Applying complex financial laws and regulations to provide advice on sources and uses of funds; (5) Analyzing and interpreting financial data or related information to develop recommendations to correct gaps and conflicts in the data; (6) Preparing comprehensive reports to ensure projects are expending funding properly; (7) Reviewing reports, documentation, records, data, and other materials to monitor and control obligations and expenditures; (8) Ensuring funds are being executed properly through all stages of encumbrance; (9) Evaluating changes in plans and proposing new course of action to mitigate deviation from plan; and (10) Communicating, orally and in writing, to resolve team conflict in a positive manner, while maintaining or increasing team morale.
