You will serve as the Very Low Frequency (VLF) Deputy Assistant Program Manager for Logistics (DAPML) in support of the Airborne Strategic Command, Control and Communications Program Office Program Office (PMA-271) and is located in the Mission Systems Group, Logistics Department, Special Mission Programs Division, and Special Mission Systems Branch of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Examples of Specialized Experience includes: 1) Developing and implementing product support and maintenance concepts/requirements for assigned aviation weapon systems to achieve program goals and objectives with minimum life cycle cost; 2) Planning and expending resources/funding to ensure adequate and affordable logistics support posture; 3) Assisting in submission and defense of Integrated Product Support budgets and support cost information to achieve program goals and objectives; 4) Identifying, planning, and executing logistics efforts to ensure all aspects of the total systems life cycle (i.e. acquisition and sustainment) are in place to meet program requirements; and 5) Participating in risk management processes and early identification of system integration risks.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management web site: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/#url=List-by-Occupational-Series
