You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the COMPTROLLER GROUP/BUDGET FORM JUSTIFICATION and EXECUTION DEPARTMENT of NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 pay band or (GS-12/13) grade level or in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Examples of experience: 1) Master concepts, principles, practices, laws, and regulations of budgeting and/or financing and their relation to subordinate and senior levels; 2) Developing, recommending and implementing budgetary/financial policies: 3) Interpreting, assessing and projecting potential impact of new/revised Congressional legislation; 4) Analyzing, reviewing, and interpreting financial execution data and resolving variances; 5) Communicating clearly both orally and in writing for the purpose of providing information and guidance to management or customers at all levels.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management web site: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/#url=List-by-Occupational-Series
