GS-15: You qualify at the GS-15 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-14 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have experience performing the following duties:
- Directing the development of comprehensive program plans to ensure fulfillment of agency requirements, fiscal adequacy, and planned progress.
- Evaluating the impact of new or revised objectives, technical capabilities, and new acquisition strategies.
- Managing the daily operations of the following areas: Human Resources, Labor Employee Relations, Budget and Finance, Performance Management, Contracts and Operation Support Services.
- Tracking strategic priorities of offices within the directorate and reporting updates to Senior Executive Level staff.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with various internal and external stakeholders and Senior Executives.
- Planning, directing and executing liaison operations for critical agency-wide programs that have national implications.
