Description:

You will serve as a SHIPYARD TRAINING AREA MANAGER in Code 2300T for the Head Nuclear Engineer (Code 2309) in the Nuclear Engineering and Planning Department Code 2300 of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.

Requirements:

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
  • Experience directing, coordinating and providing oversight of training planning, development and execution.
  • Experience balancing workload and resource talent for development of project teams.
  • Experience recognizing technical requirements and operating objectives established by NAVSEA.
