Requirements:
To qualify for this position, you must meet the specialized experience requirement below.To qualify at the GS-14 level , you must have 1 year (52 weeks) of specialized experience related to the duties of the position comparable in difficulty and responsibility to the GS-13 grade level.
Specialized experience is defined as supervising and performing a range of human resources functions. This includes but not limited to the areas related to recruitment and placement; awards and compensation, position management; employee and labor relations; information technology applied to human resources; benefits; and performance management.
NOTE : Your resume must clearly show the specialized experience related to this position. Failure to demonstrate how you possess the experience requirements will result in an "Ineligible" rating.
