Description:
You will serve as a Pipe and Machinery Repair Shop Supervisor in the Pipe Shop of the Production Resources Department of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:-Experience in managing shop operations, repairs, and overhaul through subordinate supervisors;
-Experience in practicing analytical management techniques, including production and material control, cost control and personnel management;
-Experience managing and developing long term training for various departments.
