You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the NAVY INTERNATIONAL PROGRAMS OFFICE.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:- Applying principles of Department of Defense acquisition programs, regulations, and directives.
- Utilizing automated systems tools for development of new methods and techniques to perform analysis and review of finance, budget, and accounting data.
- Interpreting and assessing the impact of new and revised congressional legislation on budget execution.
- Applying functionary budget processes and procedures.
