MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Description:

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Talent Acquisition Team (Code 1102TA), Administrative Office (Code 1102), Executive Support Staff (Code 1100), of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.

Requirements:

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

• Experience using analytical and evaluative methods and techniques for assessing program development or execution and improving organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Experience providing recommendations for improvement through knowledge of measuring effectiveness, pertinent laws, regulations, policies, and precedents which affect the use of programs and related resources.
• Experience attracting and identifying qualified candidates to fill open talent acquisition positions in a challenging maritime industrial base though project management skills.
• Experience building a strong workforce by focusing on longer strategies to identify, assess, and recruit top talent, ensuring NNSY has the right people to achieve its goals.
