You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Integrated Solutions Group (Code 1514), at the Ship Maintenance Performance Group Division (Code 1510), of the Naval Shipyard Support Office (Code 1500) of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:- Experience providing activities with business process improvement products and IT requirements to support shipyard operations.
- Experience utilizing (Advanced Industrial Management (AIM), Advanced Industrial Management Express (AIMXp), Material Requirements (MRQT), and Concerto.
- Experience maintaining personnel protection programs consistent with applicable laws and regulations.
- Experience implementing, evaluating and improving processes and procedures to monitor the effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of all NSSO programs.
- Experience executing responsibilities and maintaining support for the division within broad guidelines provided by the operations Branch Director.
- Experience conducting business analysis and cost benefit analysis.
