Description:
You will serve as aSUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Comptroller Department (N8), Budget (N81), Transportation Working Capital Fund (TWCF) Budget Formulation and Execution(N811) of MILITARY SEALIFT COMMAND.
Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:- Experience directing and/or performing continuing program execution review, analysis and appraisal of major operating and support programs within the organization.
- Experience preparing briefs for senior managers on program execution and providing recommendations to correct program variances or problem areas.
- Experience providing interpretive and analytical advice on financial transactions and program execution.
- Experience developing formats and content to provide managers with various listings, reports, and data related to status of funds and the propriety of obligations; and ensuring the financial integrity, timeliness, accuracy and validity of supporting managerial accounting, budget execution, and financial management reports.
- Experience coordinating the development and reporting of cost and performance information in support of mission tasks for the organization.
