This position serves as a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment & Placement), located in the Justice Management Division, JMD/OBD HR Services, Staffing and Recruitment.This announcement is open to current permanent Department of Justice competitive service employees and CTAP/RPL applicants.
Requirements:
To qualify for the position of Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment and Placement), at GS-0201-14, you must meet the qualification requirements listed below.For the GS-14, you must have one year of specialized experience at the GS-13 grade level or equivalent pay band in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is defined as: 1) Leading a project or group of human resources specialists in performing policy or operations work in Recruitment and Placement; and 2) Interpreting human resources policy and/or procedures related to Recruitment and Placement.
You MUST meet all qualification requirements, including time-in-grade, by the 03/11/2026 closing date of this announcement.
