This vacancy is for a Supervisory IT Specialist (INFOSEC) position in the OCIO located at the Bureau of Economic Analysis .This Job Announcement may be used to fill other Supervisory IT Specialist (INFOSEC), ZP-2210 -5, FPL 5 positions within BEA in the same geographical location with the same qualifications and specialized experience.

EXPERIENCE
Experience must be IT-related; the experience may be demonstrated by paid or unpaid experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training (for example, IT certification), as appropriate.
For all positions individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below.

Specialized Experience: For the Band V (GS-15) , you must have one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the Band IV (GS-14) in the Federal service. Experience for this position includes managing, supervising, and leading the overall IT security program including security policies, procedures, applications and tools designed to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data, systems, and networks critical to the support of the mission; supervisory experience managing security. Knowledge of Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA) and National Institute of Standard and Technology (NIST) standards. Requires Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP®) or appropriate certification.
