There are Basic Requirements for a 0801 General Engineer and 1515 Operations Research Analyst. You must meet the Basic Requirement for at least one of these series. See the "Education" section of this announcement for details.Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing some of the following: 1) Evaluating defense acquisition systems and ensuring test and evaluation results of programs are correct; 2) Providing expert advice on the development and interpretation of operational testing; 3)Developing and implementing training plans; 4) Reviewing all evaluation and operation tests for validity and sound engineering/analytical principals; and 5) Ensuring all selected methods are feasible from both an operational and economic viewpoint.
