About the position: This position will be assigned to the Little Rock AFB - Outdoor Recreation Pool.May be required to work uncommon tour of duty.
This is a flexible position with no guaranteed minimum hours, with scheduling up to 40 hours per week possible.
Position will not exceed the date of September 26, 2026
Up to $250 Lifeguard Certification reimbursement, rules apply.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below:
- Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social).
- You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.
- Must successfully have completed nationally recognized certification in lifeguarding and water rescue methods and skills, as well as basic first aid training, and CPR (both child and adult) for the professional rescuer training from the American Red Cross or similar recognized agency.
- Applicant must have experience and specialization of the position. Knowledge of a variety of water safety instructions, as well as, swimming facility rules, work procedures, equipment and materials to perform standing, recurring tasks and special task under the instructions from the supervisor.
- Gives advice, counsel and instruction to individual employees on both work and administrative matters.
