Requirements:
The qualifications for this position must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 03/06/2026.Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service. The Time-in-Grade requirement must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 03/06/2026.
GS-12: You qualify at the GS-12 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-11 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have experience performing the following duties:
- Planning, scheduling, and executing major projects or programs related to staffing, time and attendance, training, and other mission support portfolios.
- Reviewing, analyzing and interpreting information, and regulations to identify operational concerns.
- Pivoting with changes to priorities to ensure mission requirements and program deadlines are accomplished on time.
- Compiling, consolidating, organizing, and summarizing information related to the mission of the organization in both oral and written format.
- Preparing, delivering, and communicating studies, reports, and briefings to managers to encourage understanding and acceptance of findings and recommendations.
- Reviewing, analyzing and interpreting information and regulations to identify operational concerns.
- Proposing and developing actions, projects, programs or standard operating procedures for management review.
- Resolving or advising on complex problems and issues that affect the objectives and effectiveness of agency HR activities.
