You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Expeditionary Warfare Divisions of IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Applying principles and practices to Navy requirements development processes; 2) Participating in the planning, programming, budgeting and execution processes (PPBE) for Navy; 3) Developing, executing and refining processes for continuous assessment and analysis within assigned program areas; 4) Communicating policy recommendations supporting strategic messaging and/or decision making for senior military officials and civilian executives; 5) Problem solving and coordinating plans for high level briefing sessions related to guidance on warfare capabilities and force modernization; 6) Establishing relationships with other program experts and key administrators that support Navy functions.
