Description:
You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the ASN MANPOWER AND RESERVE AFFAIRS (ASN M&RA), DEPARTMENT OF NAVYof OFFICE OF FORCE RESILIENCY.
Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:- Experience providing resource oversight for harassment, violence and suicide prevention initiatives, policy development, research, and program implementation
- Experience developing strategic objectives to ensure efficient and timely coordination of a variety of staff actions
- Experience evaluating organizational effectiveness to support management initiatives and congressional engagement
