You will serve as a a Supervisory Postal Operations Specialist in the National Capitol Region (NCR) , Regional Postal Center of the Supply Management Department (SMD of NAVSUP FLC NORVA GF.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized supervisory Postal Operations Specialist experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-11 or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector utilizing an expert knowledge of analytical technique sufficient to resolve to mail management issues. I have experience utilizing automated postal systems to develop new mail polices/standards and to prepare funding in support of postal operations. I also have experience leading subordinate postal employees and planning the work of others to ensure the completion of work. Examples of specialized experience may include: 1) Analyze and review postal reports, correspondence, and documentation incorporating summaries of findings, and evidence to provide technical postal advice and consultation; 2) Utilize an ERP Program in order to prepare funding documents for allocation of funds to support postal operation within command area of responsibility; and 3) Set and adjust short-term priorities, and prepare schedules for completion of work.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management web site: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/#url=List-by-Occupational-Series
