You will serve as a Lead Packaging Specialist in the Packaging, Handling, Storage & Transportation (PHS&T) Department, Mechanicsburg Site, Engineering and Product Support Department (N2), of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applies broad technical knowledge to the resolution of unprecedented problems having a direct impact on high level PHS&T programs; 2) Provides Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) planning and management for packaging and stock readiness; 3) Implements packaging and storage policy requirements in order to function as a technical expert for all packaging, handling, and storage matters; 4) Generates packaging and storage data along with the technical capability to recognize shelf-life and wood packaging (WPM) items; 5) Uses written and oral communication to deliver technical requirements to non-technical internal/external customers.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management web site: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/#url=List-by-Occupational-Series
