You will serve as a HR SPECIALIST (RECRUITMENT/CLASSIFICATION) in the Human Resource Office, Staffing and Classification Branch of CNSSC FLD DET MECH PA.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: applying the full range of position management principles, concepts, practices and techniques to provide management advice and guidance on issues and insight related to human resource policies, practices and procedures, Your resume must also show experience applying a wide variety of recruitment and placement concepts, principles, laws, regulations, and practices sufficient to solve recruitment problems and make recommendations.
