Requirements:
You may qualify at the GS 11, if you fulfill the following qualifications:A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-9 grade level in the Federal service as listed below:
- Utilize quantitative and qualitative analysis and investigative techniques to synthesize data, evaluate significant factors, and recommend ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of work operations.
- Apply pertinent laws, regulations, policies, and precedents which affect the use of program and related support resources.
- Make decisions concerning such things as interpretation of considerable data, planning of the work, or refinement of the methods and techniques to be used.
B. Degree; Mathematics, statistics, computer science, data science or field directly related to the position. The degree must be in a major field of study (at least at the baccalaureate level) that is appropriate for the position.

C. Combination of education and experience: Courses equivalent to a major field of study (30 semester hours) as shown in paragraph A above, plus additional education or appropriate experience and Qualifications: Your resume must clearly show that you have one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-9 grade level in the Federal service.

Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
