This position is part of the Air Force Elements, U.S. Transportation Command. .Requirements:
You may qualify at the GS-13, if you fulfill the following qualifications:One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service:
- Developing and refining Support Plans and supporting combatant commands' integrated operation plans(OPLANs) and concept plans(CONPLANs).
- Performing extensive in-depth evaluations of integrated OPLANs and CONPLANs to assess potential impact on capabilities to support combatant commands' movement requirements.
- Directing and approving the distribution of in-depth transportation analysis on CONPLANs and OPLANs, using a tool such as Joint Operational Planning and Execution System (JOPES) or similar systems.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

Degree: accounting, business administration, business or commercial law, commerce, economics, engineering, finance, industrial management, statistics, traffic management, transportation, motor mechanics, or other fields related to the position.
