Description:

You will serve as the Equipment Life Cycle Management Integrated Product Team Lead in the Fleet Readiness Centers' Infrastructure Optimization and Modernization Program (FIOP) of COMFLTREADCEN, providing overall direction, guidance, and supervision for program management and execution, accountable for budget and personnel management of assigned activities throughout any and all phases of the acquisition life cycle.

Requirements:

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as:
  1. Managing cost, schedule, and performance reporting, and expertise with Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processes, to include Program Objective Memoranda (POM) submissions.
  2. Executing all phases of the acquisition life cycle, and leading multidisciplinary subordinate organizations to achieve program goals; as well as identifying requirements and defining scope of projects, and coordinating acquisition program requirements across a broad scope of stakeholders.
  3. Planning and managing workload, developing resource requirements, acquisition strategy and program baseline, and directing acquisition life cycle activities.
  4. Applying management and business principles to analyzing situations, identifying problems, probing causes and selecting courses of action while recognizing resulting impacts of schedule, cost, and performance risks.
  5. Communicating clearly and effectively to articulate, present, and promote program status and issues before a wide range of audiences, both orally and written.
