PROGRAM MANAGER

Description:

You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the Program Management Department of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.

Requirements:

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12/13) grade level or (DA-05) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) managing project/program requirements, objectives, and metrics; and resolving conflicts among schedules, funding, and resources. 2) developing, planning, analyzing, and executing projects across the full system life cycle; and satisfy customer requirements 3) planning and managing cost, schedule, and performance requirements for acquisition of end-items 4) managing development of new or improved aircraft and weapon system capability 5) providing Aviation/Ship Integration program management expertise for all elements of aviation acquisition strategies and planning, as well as ship and aviation modernization efforts
