You will serve as a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the LOGISTICS OPERATIONS DIVISION of HEADQUARTERS US INDO-PACIFIC COMMAND.Requirements:
GS 12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Experience as a logistics planner for operations and exercises with knowledge of automated deployment systems; 2) Performing Time Phased Force Deployment (TPFDD) analysis, checking for errors, and monitoring force movement; 3) Experience with adaptive planning using the Joint Operation Planning and Execution System (JOPES); 4) Coordinating with transportation support agencies to facilitate timely and efficient movement of forces.GS 13: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Extensive hands-on experience as a logistics planner for operations and exercises with in-depth knowledge of automated deployment systems; 2) Extensive experience performing Time Phased Force Deployment (TPFDD) analysis, checking for errors, and monitoring force movement; 3) Extensive experience with adaptive planning using the Joint Operation Planning and Execution System (JOPES); 4) Experience coordinating with transportation support agencies to facilitate timely and efficient movement of forces (e.g. Tanker Airlift Control Center, Traffic Management Office).
