MANDATORY TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
- Demonstrated experience working with executive level colleagues, employees, customers and other stakeholders to identify, develop and implement solutions and resolve issues related to the acquisition of construction and facility services that often have broad, strategic level impacts.
- Expert knowledge of the laws, regulations, and policies governing the acquisition of services.
- Demonstrated experience developing and coordinating acquisition strategies that align with organizational objectives and federal procurement standards, that drive innovation and compliance in government-wide acquisition regulations.
EXECUTIVE CORE QUALIFICATIONS (ECQs):
