In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Applying knowledge of the social sciences as related to integrated prevention programs in order to evaluate, consult, advise in a variety of settings; 2. Conducting effective prevention program activities to prevent destructive/problematic behaviors and promote healthy climate; 3. Leading collaborative efforts with diverse internal and external stakeholders and foster buy-in for crosscutting efforts to include senior leader support and advocacy; 4.
