You will serve as a IT PROGRAM MANAGER (PLCYPLN) in the Information Technology (IT) and Cyber Security (ITACS) Office (Code 109) of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:- Experience in the coordination and accomplishment of multiple tasks/projects requiring substantial analysis, organization, and coordination;
- Experience developing and interpreting policies and requirements in a manner that ensures confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems, networks, and data;
- Experience in enterprise IT architecture to design, develop and manage systems that apply and extend, enhance, or optimizes the existing architecture;
- Experience in assessing the impact of forecasted changes in technology and business requirements on the command's long-range IT investments plans and recommending appropriate changes to plans and strategies;
- Experience in collective bargaining and skill in negotiating program implementation and change;
- Experience solving problems of a novel or complex nature and use tact and resourcefulness in dealing with all levels of command.
