This position serves in the Transportation Depart of the Washington DC Veterans Affairs Medical Center.Requirements:
To apply for this position, you must have the following qualifications:SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Have at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level in Federal Service that includes performing the following duties: Monitors and reconciles daily workload reports, identifying discrepancies and initiating corrective action.; Coordinates the daily operations of the Beneficiary Travel program ensuring even workload distribution.; Audits trip logs and payment documentation to prevent duplicate or erroneous reimbursements.; Provides guidance to staff on handling challenging customer service situations consistent policy and mission.; Troubleshoots technical or procedural issues related to transportation request processing and trip coordination.
