Support the Military's Quality of Life programs! The Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) department of Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) provides fitness, recreation, lodging and food and beverage programs for service members, their families, retired military and civilian employees. This position is assigned to the Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) Food and Beverage; Fleet Readiness; Commander, Navy Installations command (CNIC); NBK Bangor - Plaza.Requirements:
- Possess a working knowledge of the operation in which they are assigned.
- Must possess a sharp people-oriented personality to include tact and diplomacy in dealing and communicating with people to influence, obtain cooperation and assistance.
- Must have the ability to properly supervise a group.
- Must have the ability to render decisions.
- Must present a neat, well groomed appearance.
- Ability to communicate both orally and in writing, and to provide work direction to other employees
