You will serve as a Supervisory General Engineer( Fleet Technical Services Division Head) in the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division of NAVAIRWARCENADLKERequirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NM-04/GS-13-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following duties: 1. Assigning work to subordinates by effectively managing human resources, considering priorities, the complexity of assignments, and the capabilities of employees to ensure optimal team performance and mission success. 2. Demonstrating strong leadership skills by exercising diplomacy and tact in negotiations, conversations, and correspondence, particularly when addressing opposing points of view, goals, or objectives, to achieve consensus and drive organizational outcomes. 3. Demonstrating expertise in all aspects of acquisition and sustainment of ALRE products across a full range of disciplines, including Engineering, Logistics, and Program Management, to serve as the primary point of contact for the Division and align efforts with long-term strategic goals. 4. Maximizing readiness by delivering the best possible product support outcomes at the lowest Operating and Support cost, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to budgetary constraints. 5. Preparing comprehensive planning documents associated with program organization, product development, and material acquisition, including budgets, schedules, reports, and associated records, while ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational objectives.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:
